FAST Construction & Road Development was established to provide & fulfill Belize's ever increasing construction needs. Officially established in 2019, FAST stems off from its sister company, FT Williams & Associates, the largest Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractor in the country. However, works have been done for a number of years under the latter. Nevertheless, it became necessary to officially establish a company that offered construction solutions for the Belizean market. FAST is an acronym for Flexible Advanced Sustainable Technological.
Our team comprises of engineers, technicians, builders and office staff that operate as a unit to maximize work efficiency and quality.
A leading pioneer in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing industry of Belize, Mr. Williams has been involved in numerous construction projects over his 23 year time as head of our sister company, FT Williams and Associates. Mr. Williams has extensive knowledge of electrical installations including industrial type generators, automated transfer switches, HVAC systems including variable flow air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers, and pumps among others. This has helped him develop He is a key asset in developing efficient design build projects incorporating green technologies in construction projects.
Mr. Mira is a civil engineering graduate from Guatemala’s Universidad de San Carlos. He spent five years working as project manager and supervisor on various internationally funded road projects including the Belize Road Safety Project, Lots 1 to 5, Feasibility Studies and Preliminary Designs for the ongoing George Price Highway Project, Roaring Creek to Benque Viejo del Carmen and Feasibility and Preliminary Designs for the The Philip Goldson Highway Project, Mile 8 to Mille 24. Currently he is employed as Project Manager, including roles of quality control, supervision and design.
A graduate of Business Administration from Belmopan Junior College, now University of Belize, Mrs. Williams has over 20 years’ experience in business management as Financial Manager of our sister company FTW. Mrs. Williams has extensive knowledge in financial project management, essentially overseeing all financial matters from payroll to importing of material and equipment. She is now Financial Manager of FAST Construction & Road Development.
Mr. Olivera received his associates in building and civil engineering from the University of Belize. Mr. Olivera began working as a draftsman at our sister company FTW, where he subsequently rose to position of Project Coordinator. Mr. Olivera has several years of experience in computer aided drafting, construction, electrical and mechanical installations. He is now employed as project coordinator/manager for FAST.
